RATES
 
  • Villa rental rates are quoted in Thai Baht (unless the guests are referred by holiday villa websites, which quote the rates in other currencies). Check-in time is after 2:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible at extra cost, depending on availability.
  • If either X-mas or New Year is booked, a 7-night minimum stay is required (‘Peak Season’). If both X-mas and New Year are booked, a minimum of two weeks is required.
  • Rates include the cost of electricity, water, cleaning and gardening supplies, supplies of toiletries and applicable taxes & service charge.
  • Rates do not include gratuities for staff.

RESERVATION & PAYMENTS
 
  • 35% Rental Deposit together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received by Seahorse Villa for confirmation of your reservation.
  • Balance payment must be made 60 days prior to your arrival (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 60 days in advance of arrival) by bank transfer or credit card (Amex: 5% surcharge, other cards: 4% surcharge). Failure to receive the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
  • Final bill (food, drinks, services, etc) is payable on check out in cash Baht only.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
 
  • Cancellation of a booking by the guest at any time will result in forfeiture of deposit(s) and payments made. In the unlikely event that Seahorse Villa has to cancel a reservation, full refund of monies paid for villa rental and services will be made.

LIABILITY
 
  • Under no circumstances shall Seahorse Villa or its owners and employees be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein.
  • The main tenant shall be responsible for the conduct of the guests and minors accompanying the guests or who shall be invited onto the property. Tenants occupying the property will be responsible for all damages caused by themselves, or their guests to the property, or its contents during their stay. Costs for damage will be limited to repairs or replacement value of items damaged and any costs incurred to replace said items.
  • The provision of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. The parties hereto accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts in relation to any and all disputes that may arise from this Agreement. To comply with Thai immigration law, all foreign guests staying at the Premise should leave a photocopy of their passports with the Manager of the Premise.
